Why Supporting Community Level Harm Reduction Means I Cannot Support the“Safehouse” Brand

Harm reduction at the individual level and harm reduction at the community level do not have to conflict. Sadly, the Safehouse conversation in Philly would have many thinking otherwise and it has stalemated progress for all. However, I know we can get this right because I know the heart of real harm reductionists in Philly.
